If you have deleted files, accidentally formatted your drive or are missing data we can help. We provide standard data recovery services which entails scanning your drive and copying any data recovered to alternate media such as another drive, USB, or DVD.
We can supply a replacement disk drive as needed (quoted depending requirement – usually $100-$150) We can often repair the malfunctioning device with the new drive and reload the data there.
NON-DESTRUCTIVE:
Our data recovery service is non-destructive – meaning any data that is on the affected drive will remain on the drive and is copied to an alternate device. Should you require further data-recovery via an alternate service your drive will be unaffected by our recovery process.
LIMITATIONS:
NOTE: not all files may be recovered – it depends on the condition of the data and drive. Sometimes filenames are gone, but the data is recovered. Sometimes only parts of files are recovered. We have had excellent results recovering data, even with re-formatted drives. The software we use is the best money can buy for such services without having to go to other specialist recovery services and pay big money.
COST:
$50 per disk – includes full scan and recovery of drive data using our enterprise level recovery software.
$40 for pick up & return of drive and data – otherwise you can bring the drive to us at our home workshop / office in Morley.
